They plan to grow into a complete health and wellness food and beverage brand.
Kiwi Kiss is a Canadian frozen yogurt chain in India who also set up the smoothie business ‘Jus Booster’. Their first outlet is present in Chennai and their second in Bangalore. They aim towards satisfying the tastes of people who love yogurt and also helps them to maintain healthy eating lifestyle. The company is planning to launch their brand in six locations simultaneously.
Yogurt bay is another store situated in Bandra, Mumbai. They aim for creating healthy eating habits in the consumers and also to break the mindset that all healthy products do not taste the same, as their fat loaded food products.
Companies like Amul has launched flavoured curds called Amul ‘Flaavyo’ in the market. They are hoping to change the consumption of yogurt from regular meals to the breakfast table or a dessert treat. They are available in flavors like mango, strawberry, pineapple, vanilla and masti doi. Danone India the subsidiary of the world’s number one dairy company Groupe Danone, has come up with flavoured yogurt called Cremix for the Indian consumers. They have positioned this product as a snack treat and is looking forward towards bringing about a healthy living. Gowardhan has also introduced ‘Go fruit & Dahi fusion’, flavoured yogurt that has positioned this product as a food item that can be consumed with all three meals of the day or at any time of the day.
